What data does it use to forecast reorder points?

Your historical sales data, current stock levels, supplier lead times, and any seasonal patterns we identify in the data. The more history you have, the more accurate the forecasts get over time.

What systems does it connect to?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and most inventory management tools via API. We'll confirm your specific stack in the Workflow Review.

How does the alert get sent?

Your choice — Slack, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Most clients use Slack or email. The alert includes the item name, current stock level, predicted run-out date, and a suggested reorder quantity.

Does it automatically place orders with suppliers?

That's possible as an extension to the system — connecting to your supplier's ordering portal or sending a draft purchase order. It depends on your suppliers' systems. We scope this in the Workflow Review.

What if my stock levels aren't in a system yet — they're in a spreadsheet?

No problem. We can work with a well-structured spreadsheet. Part of the Workflow Review will be assessing whether moving to a proper inventory system first would serve you better.
