2. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects are typically invoiced in milestones; payment terms are set out in your proposal.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables and source code transfers to you. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets and licences remain subject to their own terms.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply.

5. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
