A redesign is an investment, so it is worth knowing when it is genuinely needed versus when a few targeted fixes will do. Here are the signs that point to a refresh — and the ones that point to a rebuild.

Clear signs it is time

  • It generates little to no enquiries
  • It is built on an unsupported or insecure platform

Refresh, redesign or rebuild?

If the foundations are sound, a refresh of design and content may be enough. If it is slow, hard to maintain or built on shaky tech, a rebuild on a modern, fast stack usually delivers far more — and lasts longer.
